Job summary

The TJMaxx store in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead a team, ensure outstanding customer service, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a well-organized selling floor.

You will train Associates, manage POS coverage, and uphold store policies while fostering a positive, safe shopping environment. Strong communication and merchandising skills are required, with at least 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store and promotes loyalty programs.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
