Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer service focus
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example
• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store and manage loyalty programs
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure proper POS coverage
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store
• Train and coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
• Support safety, shrink reduction goals, and overall store operations
