Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead for our Marshalltown, IA store. You will drive front-end operations, support associates during shifts, and help keep the sales floor organized and ready to serve customers.

You will lead by example, manage checkout flow, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with store leadership to enhance service, merchandising, and safety while upholding Burlington’s values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and ensure smooth checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Support merchandise flow and maintain stock organization.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Complete opening/closing duties and ensure coverage during breaks.
