Job summary

Marshalls in Madison, WI, part of The TJX Companies, seeks an energetic leader to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee Associates at the front of the store. You will role-model outstanding service, train staff on front-end principles, and ensure smooth POS coverage and smooth breaks for all Associates.

You will promote loyalty programs, uphold labor laws, and support store priorities while maintaining a clean, organized environment and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong merchandising understanding
• Capable of multitasking
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Team player and able to train others

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of the store
• Promote loyalty programs and maintain a pleasant store environment
• Lead and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks for all Associates
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure tasks align with store plans and adjust priorities as needed
• Communicate with management on priorities and progress
• Support training needs and adherence to labor laws
