Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Engage peers to provide the best possible shopping experience for customers
• Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks
• Mentor and coach others to maintain Meijer standards and training completion
• Support scheduling, department operations, and inventory processes
• Lead by example in customer service, sales goals, and safety compliance
• Operate a register and handle cash when needed
• Assist in training new team members and cross-training high potential staff
