• Assist training new team members and cross-train high-potential talent.
• Help with department scheduling to improve engagement, service, and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness and rotate stock per policies.
• Guide team in food safety standards and safe work practices.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product displays as applicable.
