With 2-3 years of retail experience and at least one year in management, you will coach staff, handle scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining Meijer standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in store areas and strong customer service focus.
• Ability to communicate direction clearly and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to analyze basic financial and operational information.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, efficient service to customers and team members.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development to support promotions.
• Document disciplinary actions and recommendations for discharge.
• Responsible for P&L, sales achievement and shrink control.
• Mentor and coach team members to exceed service and sales goals.
• Ensure thorough training and daily store-wide communication of Meijer standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
