Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Support and coordinate associates during the shift.
• Direct associates and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and back-end tasks.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and schedule coverage.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with store leadership to address service opportunities.
