Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred (off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments are a plus)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and assist during shifts
• Manage checkout flow and line control, ensuring fast, friendly, accurate transactions
• Coach and supervise associates, assign priorities, and monitor merchandising standards
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize service disruptions
• Support merchandise flow and stock organization in core areas
• Ensure safety policies and store procedures are followed
