Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead in the Virginia Beach area to drive front-end operations and lead store associates during shifts. You will model Burlington’s values and ensure a positive, efficient shopping experience for customers.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can organize the sales floor, manage checkouts, and address customer needs while maintaining policy compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service storewide.
• Support daily front-end operations including checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions.
• Address customer concerns and escalation.
• Manage workload tasks, recovery, and merchandising standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Assist with breaks and front-end coverage scheduling.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with leadership to address service or execution opportunities.
• Assist with merchandise flow and stock organization.
• Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
