Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed
• Ensure fast, friendly, accurate transactions (sales, returns, exchanges)
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when required
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with stock flow
• Perform opening/closing duties and oversee front-end coverage
