Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities.
• Ensure fast, friendly, accurate transactions.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock organization.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Assist with scheduling breaks and front-end coverage.
• Troubleshoot register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with leadership to address service opportunities.
• Support merchandise flow and stock areas.
• Uphold company policies and safety standards.
