Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to lead and coach associates.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate front-end operations, including checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Ensure tasks, merchandising, and safety standards are met.
• Perform opening/closing duties as assigned.
