• Direct associates during your shift and adjust priorities as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations when required.
• Ensure tasks, merchandising, and safety standards are followed.
• Perform opening/closing duties and schedule breaks.
• Support store leadership to improve service and execution.
• Assist with merchandise flow and stock organize.
• Maintain orderly front-end areas and stockrooms.
• Address service opportunities with leadership.
