Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Simpsonville, SC to lead customer service excellence and ensure regulatory compliance across our financial product offerings.

You will act as a brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, and Cash Store, delivering outstanding service and accurate cash handling. Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Ability and willingness to embrace core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, or corporate office when unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Explain solutions and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interacting with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, deposits, and related cash handling duties.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
