Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by presenting product options that meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when necessary.
• Answer inquiries via phone about general questions and applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Explain solutions to customers and ensure they feel supported and valued.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, and perform deposits as needed.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly requirements.
