Responsibilities

• Communicating with team members and assigning daily work tasks.
• Mentoring and coaching team members to exceed service and sales goals.
• Support training of new team members and cross-training.
• Assist leadership with department scheduling to boost engagement and profitability.
• Ensure freshness and proper rotation of products and maintain safety standards.
• Lead team in ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and display where applicable.
• Contribute to a diverse, inclusive Meijer culture and participate in period end inventories.
