Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in-store, overseeing cashiering, returns, cash office, and inventory management while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role focuses on team-building, strong communication, and meticulous process adherence, with opportunities to optimize SKU pricing, signage, and e-commerce coordination. Flexibility for opening/closing shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cashier/supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKU’s.
