Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in New York to lead a dynamic team at the store, oversee cashiering, returns, cash office tasks, inventory control, and ecommerce support, while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires supervisory experience in customer service, a high school diploma, and computer proficiency; you will ensure SOP compliance and drive inventory accuracy, pricing, and product support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the tracking system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit reports including inventory control and returns.
• Monitor truck logs and movement of inventory in the store.
