Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Mesa, AZ. You will lead a team of Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists, ensuring front-end operations and inventory accuracy align with store standards.

You will supervise cashiering, returns, and e-commerce support while helping customers with product selection and questions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the tracking system.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
