Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Henderson, NV to lead a dynamic customer service team at the store front. You will manage cashiering, returns, cash office tasks, and inventory accuracy while supporting e-commerce needs and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities include directing staff, maintaining inventory integrity, processing refunds/exchanges, updating signage, and assisting customers with product choices.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related staff for front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Monitor and audit inventory movement and related reports.
