Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at our Glen Burnie store. You will oversee cashiering, returns, cash office tasks, and inventory control while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

The role emphasizes team building, customer service excellence, and strong organization with effective communication. Candidates should have supervisory experience in customer service and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED required.
• At least 2 years of computer experience in a work setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists relating to front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and ensure accuracy across the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage, price changes, and SKU updates.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions.
• Coordinate with management on SKUs and price changes.
• Research inventory discrepancies and update tracking system.
