CarMax Harrisonburg is seeking a Customer Specialist to guide customers through car-buying and selling journeys with honesty and transparency. You will facilitate appraisals, test drives, paperwork, and repair orders, delivering a seamless, customer-first experience across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments for appraisals
• Manage vehicle check-in, scanning, and inventory reconciliation
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards
• Handle administrative tasks: reports, paperwork, billing
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accuracy
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area
