The role involves coordinating service appointments, maintaining paperwork, and collaborating across teams to deliver a transparent, honest CarMax experience. A High School Diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document details for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports and auditing documents.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for accuracy.
