• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct inquiries
• Manage customer charge accounts including opening accounts and accepting payments
• Prepare, box, and wrap purchases and online orders for shipment
• Handle cash work and prepare bank deposits
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Be available to work on-site for day, evening, and weekend shifts
