Job summary

Michaels is hiring a Customer Service Team Member for our Flower Mound store. You will help customers locate products, provide friendly assistance, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in store operations, assist with upselling Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, stock shelves, and support BOPIS/SFS processes.

Strong communication and a positive attitude are valued; the role may involve nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform store tasks for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash with accuracy.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Card applications.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
• Stock merchandise and maintain store appearance and planograms.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
• Interact with customers in a positive, respectful manner.
