Michaels is seeking a store team member in Shoreline, WA to help customers, stock shelves, and process purchases. You will assist shoppers, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Cash handling accuracy and friendly communications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain stock with planograms.
• Support store recovery, loss prevention and SOP compliance.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
