Job summary

Michaels Stores in the U.S. store network is seeking team members to provide friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure fast checkout.

You will support truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while upholding store standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, participating in BOPIS/SFS, and contributing to store recovery, safety, and shrink programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Educate customers on Rewards and private label credit card enrollments.
• Inform customers about VOC surveys and collect feedback.
• Assist with Omni Channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and stock levels; manage returns and go-backs.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Assist shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
• Engage respectfully with customers and colleagues; promote company values.
• Cross training in Custom Framing selling and production.
