Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for the Fairfax, VA area. You will help customers find products, provide a fast checkout, and engage shoppers with rewards programs and financing options.

You will also support truck unloading, stocking, and in-store merchandising to keep a well-stocked, welcoming store. Responsibilities include assisting customers, guiding them through VOC surveys, and participating in SISO, shrink control, and safety programs.

Qualifikationen

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including go back process and store recovery
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact positively with others
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
