Michaels Fairfax is hiring a part-time Retail-Sales Associate to help customers, operate the cash register, and keep the store well-stocked and appealing. The role emphasizes friendly service and efficient checkout to support a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in locating items, supporting truck unloading and planogram tasks, and contributing to store recovery and Omni-channel efforts such as BOPIS and SFS.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling per standards.
• Assist with stocking, unloading trucks, and store recovery to keep shelves in stock.
