Job summary

Michaels in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to help customers find products, enroll them in rewards, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You’ll keep the store well stocked, assist with BOPIS/SFS, and support store recovery and safety programs.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and basic merchandising tasks, with opportunities to learn framing-related sales and production.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and feedback
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain stock and store recovery, including returns and go-backs
• Support SISO and AD set duties as assigned
• Assist shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain professional conduct
• Interact with customers respectfully and model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
