Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at our Little Rock, AR location. You will help customers find framing solutions, process orders, operate the cash register, and keep the store clean, in-stock, and well merchandised while delivering friendly service.

You’ll work with our framing department to complete orders on time, support omni-channel processes, follow SOPs, and engage customers to create a positive shopping experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in framing solutions and product selection.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the frame department and stock levels.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Support omni-channel processes.
• Uphold SOPs and safety programs.
• Acknowledge customers and provide shelving assistance.
