Job summary

Michaels Little Rock, AR is seeking a customer-focused team member to help clients choose framing solutions and provide an engaging shopping experience. You will assist customers, stock and maintain the frame shop, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, supporting Omni-channel processes, and upholding store standards in a busy retail environment with nights, weekends, and early mornings required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while creating framing solutions.
• Assist customers in finding products; maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store.
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support inventory, stocking, and replenishment processes.
• Ensure safety, shrink, and SOP compliance.
