Job summary

Michaels is seeking a framing associate in a public retail store. You will build customer relationships, assist shoppers in finding framing solutions, and ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.

You will operate cash registers, support store safety programs, and participate in truck unloading and stocking when needed. The role emphasizes basic computer and measuring skills, experience with framing equipment, and a friendly, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Build relationships with customers to provide custom framing solutions and meet sales targets.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking processes.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
