Responsibilities

• Handle all customer service activities: calls, quotes, processing requests, product information, and warranty issues.
• Communicate customer issues and feedback to the appropriate teams via established channels.
• Proof quotes and ensure order entry paperwork is accurate.
• Process warranty claims with homeowners, contractors and dealers via phone and email.
• Learn order-entry skills and provide training via video conferencing and in-person meetings.
• Support the delivery manifest process and other daily tasks.
• Take on additional projects as assigned.
