You will coordinate orders, communicate across channels, and keep teams aligned while managing ERP/CRM data and driving improvements. A customer-first mindset and 3+ years in related roles are required, with manufacturing background a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, sales support, or inside sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-driven and organized under pressure.
• Salesforce knowledge a big plus.
• Customer-first mindset — focus on experience, not just transactions.
• Bonus points for manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for customer projects and orders from quote to fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
• Keep internal teams in sync and align customer expectations.
• Manage order and project details through ERP/CRM systems.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems with confidence.
• Track and document customer interactions accurately.
• Contribute to process improvements and team goals.
