Wincore Windows & Doors in West Virginia is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to manage orders from entry through delivery and to ensure builders, dealers, and homeowners receive an exceptional experience every step of the way.

You will collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to resolve issues, verify order accuracy, learn our product configurations, and build lasting relationships through professional, solution‑oriented service in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally using positive, solution-oriented language.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and meet customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
