Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Lane & South Coast Counties & Alaska is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support front-end operations, donations, and shopper interactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a CSA, you will greet customers and donors, operate the cash register, process donations, restock and create displays, while keeping areas clean and safe and following loss prevention protocols. Team collaboration and a positive workplace culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older, and 18 years to operate safety sensitive equipment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• No minimum education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors, engaging with them in a friendly manner.
• Operate cash register and POS, balance cash drawer, and complete daily reports.
• Receive, sort, and price donated goods according to guidelines.
• Restock merchandise, create displays, and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Keep work areas and restrooms clean, safe, and efficient, following safety procedures.
• Report hazards or theft and support loss prevention measures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production and sales goals.
