Job summary

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ann Arbor is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle inbound calls, guide customers through services, and coordinate scheduling and dispatch. You will play a key role in delivering a great initial experience and building lasting relationships with our customers.

This position offers weekday hours from 8am to 5pm, a path for advancement, ongoing training, and a supportive team in a locally owned franchise.

Qualifications

• High school degree.
• Availability Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls with empathy, clarity, and care
• Guide customers through our core service offerings, manage scheduling & dispatch, and address any questions that arise during the initial booking or follow-up process
• Effectively manage the dispatch board
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while creating a great customer experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up and assist with building out our CRM (Service Titan)
• Help reduce repeat issues by flagging patterns and suggesting improvements
• Available Monday to Friday for 8am-5pm shifts.
