Job summary

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ann Arbor is hiring for a customer service and dispatch role. You will respond to inbound calls, guide customers through services, manage scheduling and dispatch, and keep CRM up to date.

You’ll troubleshoot issues to ensure a great customer experience and help reduce repeat problems by spotting patterns. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Respond to inbound phone calls with empathy, clarity, and care.
• Guide customers through our core service offerings, manage scheduling & dispatch, and address any questions that arise during the initial booking or follow-up process.
• Effectively manage the dispatch board.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while creating a great customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up and assist with building out our CRM (Service Titan).
• Help reduce repeat issues by flagging patterns and suggesting improvements.
• Available Monday to Friday for 8am-5pm shifts.
