Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a customer-focused dispatch coordinator to support our growing service team. You will respond to inbound calls, guide customers through our offerings, and coordinate scheduling and dispatch to ensure smooth early bookings.

You\'ll manage the dispatch board, troubleshoot issues quickly, document interactions in Service Titan, and help reduce recurring problems by flagging patterns and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls with empathy, clarity, and care.
• Guide customers through our core service offerings, manage scheduling & dispatch, and address questions during initial booking or follow-up.
• Effectively manage the dispatch board.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while creating a great customer experience and maintaining documentation in the CRM (Service Titan).
• Help reduce repeat issues by flagging patterns and suggesting improvements.
• Available Monday to Friday for 8am-5pm shifts.
