Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Fort Worth is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate outside repairs, and help plan the shop work schedule. The role requires organizing daily workflows, communicating with customers about maintenance updates, and ensuring parts availability to support service delivery.

Shift is Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Candidates should have 2 years of customer service experience, at least 1 year of hands-on

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Associate/Technical/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop daily/weekly workforce plans balancing customer needs, repairs, parts and technician skills.
Communicate maintenance updates and billing concerns with customers.
Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
Coordinate with vendors for outside work and ensure on-time completion.
Maintain productivity by optimizing the shop work plan.
Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
