Job summary

Clayton Homes, a leading home builder, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to ensure a positive and timely customer experience by answering calls, prioritizing service needs, and entering data accurately.

The role reports to the Customer Care Manager within the Service department. It is a full-time, on-location position with responsibilities spanning call management, data processing, and client satisfaction initiatives, including documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer care coordination/administration.
• Proficient in AS-400 and MS Office, including Excel.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Well organized with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of incoming calls.
• Resolve customer complaints with timely solutions.
• Maintain records of interactions and process data.
• Coordinate service requirements for customers.
• Go the extra mile to ensure one-trip service.
• Maintain both physical and electronic records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
