Job summary

You should have strong writing skills, LMS experience, and be comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in content management, delivering instructor-led training, and collaborating with external partners and stakeholders preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer-facing written content across multiple communication channels, including email, voice, and web.
• Create, maintain, and optimize training documentation for both internal teams and external partners.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure consistent delivery and adoption of best practices among external partners.
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards while meeting evolving customer expectations.
• Anticipate customer needs by proactively addressing follow-up questions and next steps in communications.
• Synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear, actionable content.
• Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Channel Experience, Partner Relations, and Quality Assurance.
• Partner with external organizations to identify opportunities for training enhancements and performance improvements.
