You will execute, maintain, and optimize journeys like welcome, abandon, and post-purchase while collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience to ensure consistent messaging.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in email or digital marketing, hands-on ESP experience (Braze/Bluecore/SFMC), and a knack for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with enterprise ESPs (Braze/Bluecore/SFMC).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle email and SMS programs (welcome, abandon, post-purchase).
• Optimize programs through segmentation and creative updates.
• Pull weekly performance reports and identify trends.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing across messages and cadence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience.
• Coordinate with MarTech for data flow and audience targeting.
