Job summary

CarMax, the national leader in used cars, seeks a Customer Experience Consultant Trainee at the Dallas CEC in Irving, TX. You will respond to sales leads and inquiries, guiding customers through the car-buying journey with honesty and transparency, from online shopping to in-store delivery.

You will leverage inventory knowledge, assist with appraisals and financing applications, and strive to achieve individual sales targets while delivering an iconic customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience in retail or similar.
• Strong listening and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Genesys.
