Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fishers, IN is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and provide guidance for efficient repairs. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking and photography, and coordinate transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Provide guidance and assistance as required
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs
