Job summary

Caliber Collision Levittown Service Center is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance and assistance to ensure smooth repairs.

You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate, efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors.
