Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance to support fast, accurate repairs. You will assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping, photos, paperwork, and arranging transportation while maintaining excellent communication with customers, teammates, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers for efficient repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare required paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors.
