Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Morrow, GA to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the repair process. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/photos, and coordinating transportation, while preparing paperwork and ensuring clear communication among customers, teammates and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
